Background
The merit process in Workday has been configured and confirmed in our design confirmation. The merit process will not be used directly at go-live and risks ""sitting on the shelf"" until usage in summer 2019. As such, the program needs to put a plan into place that will address how this annual process will be planned for and handled in 2019.
The program will document the plan to be followed for including merit in all applicable test cycles during the implementation, the plan for regression testing the configuration during the WD32 update in spring 2019, and the plan for testing and training ahead of the 2019 merit cycle.
