In Microsoft Outlook you can adjust your junk mail options from the Actions menu.

In Microsoft Outlook 2007

  1. Click on the Actions menu.
  2. Then Junk E-Mail.
  3. Click on Junk E-mail Options...
  4. Select your Junk email settings. See the suggested junk e-mail options settings below.

In Microsoft Outlook 2010

  1. Click on the Home tab.
  2. In the Delete section, click on the Junk button.
  3. Click on Junk E-mail Options...
  4. Select your Junk email settings. See the suggested junk e-mail options settings below.

Turn off Junk Mail Filter

Instructions to turn off your Junk Mail filter for Outlook 2007 and 2010.

Outlook 2007:

1. Click on the Actions tab, then click on Junk E-mail.

2. In the fly out menu, click on Junk E-mail Options… The Junk E-mail Options window appears.

3. On the Options tab, select the option for No Automatic Filtering.

You may also want to click on the Blocked Senders tab and remove any email addresses that should not be there.

Outlook 2010:

1. On the Home tab, click on the Junk button (in the Delete section).

2. In the menu, click on Junk E-mail Options… The Junk E-mail Options window appears.

3. On the Options tab, select the option for No Automatic Filtering.
