Then either copy USING ARD the downloaded JAMF installer to /users/shared as shown here

Then either copy USING ARD the downloaded JAMF installer to /volumes/tempstorage as shown here

I already have a script that uses my inventory ID
sudo chmod +x /Users/Shared/utexas-jamf-enroll
sudo ./Users/Shared/utexas-jamf-enroll 208905057071191789882297631526042539538 commpower daemon 1
sudo rm /Users/Shared/utexas-jamf-enroll

Then
You will need to go to the computer log in as commpower
and hit OK on the prompt in person on the computer. Proctors can do this.
This window will come up

Then install the profile by clicking Install


Put in the commpower UN and PW
Profiles will populate as shown here
