Reserving a Room
Reserve a room via our USHER reservation system. UT EID required.
Room use policies for each room are listed in the reservation system. Please note, however, that College rooms may be used only by Faculty, Staff, and Registered Student Organizations within the Moody College of Communication.
Graduate students may request these rooms for their dissertation and defense meetings and should work with their department in making a reservation.
Undergraduate students may not request the rooms.
Regularly scheduled classes take precedence over all other requests for any College classroom.
The individual requesting a College room is responsible for the condition and proper use of the room. Clean up and return furniture to original set up before leaving.
For some BMC rooms, you will access the room via your UT ID card*. When your reservation is confirmed, you will be informed should this be the case.

To arrange for tables and chairs or any other items that Facilities Services provides, please directly contact Facilities Services or your department.
Patio, CMA 3rd Floor between CMA and HSM (formerly CMC)
The individual requesting the patio is responsible for its condition and proper use. For use by Moody College of Communication sponsored events or registered student organizations. Clean up and return furniture to original setup. Food may be served. To arrange for tables and chairs, please contact Facilities Services or your department. Email email@example.com to reserve the patio.
Please report immediately any problems or damage to Dean's Office, 512-475-9151.
The Plaza will be closed to any and all reservation beginning on August 1, 2015 through January 15, 2016
