| Once you log on to the Appspace Employee App, click on Places |

| Type the room/space name in the search field, it will auto populate if you have been granted access to that location |

Search by navigating through building floorplans | |
| Click on the building image or enter the three-letter building abbreviation in the "Select or Search for Building" field. |

Enter the time you wish to narrow your search for |
|
| Click on "Filters" to narrow your search based on room criteria |
|
| Review the search results, clear filters, or adjust timeframe criteria to readjust your search results. |
