If you have general issues after business hours, on the weekend, or during holiday, you can call the After Hours Support number and be connected to the UT Service Desk.  They can assist with things like UT EID Password Reset and other central service support items, but will need to escalate for DMS/UTHA specific requests.

Call 512-232-6980 and an on-call person will answer the phone, or you may leave a message and your call will be returned within 15 minutes.

• Dial 9
• Dial area code and phone number
• Press OK
• Press START

To send a fax to another UT number:

• Dial 9, then dial the area code and the full fax number OR dial the last five digits of the fax number

• Don't forget to get your confirmation sheet off the printer
