The 3602 model WAP Upgrade Project is initiating. It will consist of the replacement of 991 WAPs and supporting switches, as required, throughout 63 buildings. The deployment will be organized into five waves (Waves 0-4) based on a variety of factors. The WAP replacements will be performed by ITS Networking & Telecommunications (Cabling & Construction (C&C) and Edge Networking). The Project Field Coordinator, Sean Lynch (ISP Supervisor, 512-475-7092), will be primarily responsible for scheduling building surveys, building deployments and final inspections. The Project Coordinator, Ben Pollard (C&C IT Manager, 512-471-3426), will be primarily responsible for monitoring project progression and maintaining the quality of the project implementation.
