Meet the Contractor: Black Box
ITS' contractor, Black Box, has been selected to lead UT Austin's transition to VoIP through Spring of 2015. Black Box has more than 30 years of experience designing, installing, and maintaining complex voice and data networks and they deliver comprehensive VoIP solutions and migrations for organizations of all sizes and in all kinds of industries. In fact, Black Box has supported similar transitions to VoIP for their customers on a global scale, from the U.S. Air Force in the United Arab Emirates, to the U.S. Army in North Carolina and the Department of Energy in Nevada.
