Report Lost or Stolen Keys to your department contact and Jeff Bachschmid at jeffrey.bachschmid@austin.utexas.edu. Then fill out the Lost or Stolen Key Report (PDF) and submit to locksandkeysMAIN@austin.utexas.edu.
Have your department contact fill out a new key request form after that is complete.
