  1. Navigate to the facsimile screen by pressing the "facsimile" button on the home screen.
  2. Once in facsimile, type in the fax number using the adjoining keypad.
  3. Viable numbers are as follows:
    1. On Campus: just dial the last five digits
    2. Local: 9 + 512-_ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    3. Toll Free: 9 + 1 + (800 or 866) + _ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    4. Long Distance: 8 + Pause + Long Distance Code + Pause + _ _ _ - _ _ _ - _ _ _ _
    5. International: 8 + Pause + Long Distance Code + Pause + Country Code + City Code + Local Number
  4. Press OK, place your documents in the feeder, then press the start button.
  5. Monitor progress of fax in the lower left hand of the screen.
  6. Wait for a paper confirming the fax was successful to be printed.
