(Or, Linux for the hopeless)
This is intended for the folks who haven't taken the plunge and installe= d Linux on anything yet. Or have gotten something like a Raspberry Pi= and
would like to be able to get around better on the command line and set u= p some basic security etc. I've been a big fan of Unix based systems = since
the nineties when I worked on my first minicomputer aboard USS Doyle.&nb= sp; I'm no expert. I do have a good bit of practical knowledge that m= ay be useful.
I'm hoping I can help some folks who are starting out with Linux and get= myself to learn more to keep up with what I anticipate may be some interes= ting questions!
For a document that has some basic Linux commands download from box.&nbs= p; https://utexas.box.com/s/qngn86m9ern= ym442o0ib9zsbchxwjb5j
