that you would like to export

Enter the QuickTime title where it says Name

Type - Video and Audio

Codec H.264

Quality - Best

Audio - Stereo

Choose SET to set the destination for the saved

file

Then Choose OK

Quit Media Composer to upload the file to Vimeo
