All Fall 2021 2022 admitted students (PHEL and EPP) who are intending to enroll full-time students and are seeking a paid Graduate Assistantship or Graduate Research Assistantship are welcome to participate.

This event requires further participation and occurs four stages:            

  1. If you would like to be considered for assistantship opportunities please send your resume to ELP by Friday, February 11th (5pm CST)
  2. Offices
  3. Complete the Pre-Placement Exchange Survey by Wednesday, February 10th at midnight Pacific time (look in the admissions email for the link).
  4. Interviews (offices will contact you directly to schedule interviews via Zoom starting Monday, February 15th - 15th  (i.e., make sure you are answering the phone number and email address you include in the survey.) Interviews will take place between February 15 and March 5March 11th March 17. 
  5. Complete the Post-Placement Exchange Survey by Wednesday March 10th March 17 March 19 at midnight Pacific timeFriday March 4th by 5pm CST.
  6. Offices offer jobs starting the week of March 29April 1 April 5 9th (again, make sure you are checking your phone number and email).
