- Use the check boxes to select the greeting you want to play for callers.
- Click the speaker icons to listen to the current default or custom recordings. Click the Upload buttons to upload custom recordings you have saved as WAV files on your computer. (Recordings must be CCITT u-law; i.e., 8 bit, 8 kHz, Mono.) After uploading a recording, a "Remove" button will appear beside the Upload button
KNOWN ISSUE: Uploading greeting files via web session is not currently supported at UT. Please use telephone access to change greetings.
