Internal Rates:
LC or MS analysis: $64/sample
Desalting or method development, hourly staff time, MALDI training: $46/hour
LC self service and LC-MS/MS protein identification: an initial setup fee of $168 and $12/unit time based on total instrument acquisition and processing time, assuming one blank or wash between samples. $12/hour for MALDI data acquisition or reserved time.
