- Obtain a syllabus for each course you want to count towards your program
- Email the Graduate Advisor with the syllabi and which program requirements you would like for them to count towards
- Please note: credits approved for transfer will not be documented on the UT transcript
Transfer approvals are kept by the Graduate Coordinator. If the Graduate Advisor approves transfer coursework, ensure a copy of the approval email is forwarded to the Graduate Advisor.
