The web server employs a security mechanism which will automatically block access to the server from your computer if you perform 6 failed perform 6 failed login attempts within a 10 minute a 10 minute window. The block will remain in effect for 30 minutes for 30 minutes after which the block on your computer will be automatically removed. If you inadvertantly inadvertently block yourself you will need to wait 30 minutes before trying to log into the server again or you may contact LTC ITO Technical Support at at help@education.utexas.eduto request a manual removal of your computer's block. Please have your computer's IP address ready if you contact Technical Support. You can obtain your computer's IP address by visiting the URLhttp://www.whatismyip.com.
