If you have an active UT EID, you can use the BRCF Account Management application to change your password (after EID validation) using this page: Password Reset by User. See Resetting a forgotten password for instructions if you need them. If you do not have an active UT EID, please Contact Us to reset your password.
If you logged into the computer through the Austin domain via your EID credentials, the computer will try to connect to the storage server with those credentials (AUSTIN\(your EID) instead of your BRCF credentials. In order to change the credentials, select 'connect using a different user' and type '.\(your BRCF username).
