Bluebeam AWP may be the a breakthrough as Field Planners CREATE their own annotated model views as Installation Work Package Instructions. Already using PCF and IDF files for fabrication. Steel strating to do the same. A 3D model view on tablet would be good for Steel. Objective: Finalize Designs in model, produce Data Sets and some 2D deliverables. Allow the USERS to PULL data or documents as needed. Do not formally Issue documents. Assign a FIT for USE Status and allow users to pull data/documents for Use Cases.
