Step-by-step guide

  1. Ensure all active devices are with you, or shutdown/logged off. This will include any smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops. 
  2. Save any and all work you have open, then close said work.
  3. Disconnect any mapped drives noting the share path. You will have to re-map after reboot. Here are instructions.
  4. Logout of any UT services.
  5. Visit the UT self service Page here and select the Change My Password link, follow the prompts (Hints on Password Creation).
  6. Reboot your device.
  7. Once logged in, follow these instructions for updating Wifi, Email Clients and saved web-browser passwords.
  8. If you had any mapped drives, you will need to re-map.
  9. If you have an issues, contact IT.
