All TRecs AGOL Users are recommended to complete the Portal_User_Basics Learning Plan to insure all Users are equipped with the fundamental knowledge of GIS and AGOL. This helps familiarizes Users with the components needed to successfully navigate AGOL and interact with various GIS data. The recommended order for the learning plan is GIS Basics and followed by ArcGIS Online Basics.
Each new AGOL user should receive an email invitation for this learning plan once their User account has been created.

All TRecs AGOL Publishers are expected complete Portal_Publisher_Basics Learning Plan to insure all Publishers are equipped with the fundamental knowledge of GIS, AGOL, and ArcGIS Pro. This helps maintain the standards of the Portals and familiarizes Publishers with the components needed to be a successful Portal Publisher. The recommended order for the learning plan is GIS Basics, ArcGIS Online Basics, and lastly ArcGIS Pro Basics.
Each new AGOL Publisher should receive an email invitation for this learning plan once their Publisher account has been updated or created.

- Identify the course name and number
- Send that information to academicsales@esri.com and request an academic quote.
- Pay via credit card or PO.
- Register on the Training site using the course purchase info.
Transfer, cancellation, and substitution requests must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled class start date:
- Multiple requests and any requests that occur without three (3) business days advance notice are subject to a fee, as determined by Esri.
- Cancellations that occur less than three (3) business days prior to the scheduled class start date are subject to the full training event fee.
- A substitute student must be from the same organization as the student being replaced.
