Opening a Shared Inbox

Follow the process below to access a shared/resource inbox:

- Login to the Outlook Web App from http://office365.austin.utexas.edu
- In the toolbar along the top of the screen, click your Profile Icon in the upper-right corner
, click on your profile icon or name

- Then click "Open another mailbox"

- At the promptWhen prompted, enter in the email address for the shared inbox and click "Open"

The shared resource inbox will open in another tab in your browser

If you do not have permission to access the shared resource inbox, you will receive an error page similar to the one below.
