If you did not make your own backup copy of your mailbox, we will provide you with a copy of your mailbox after your account is deleted. Your mailbox backup will be available for download through McCombs Online Resources a few days after your account deletion date. To find out what your account deletion date is, go to our 2015 Graduation page. Follow the instructions below to download your mailbox back-up. Your mailbox backup will be available for approximitely one month. Check our 2015 Graduation page for the exact date. After this date, you will not be able to download your mailbox.

- Go to https://secure.mccombs.utexas.edu/mor.
- Log in with your UT-EID.
- Click Update Profile.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Manage McCombs Lifetime Email.
- Click Email Forwarding tab.
- At the top of the In the Instructions section of the Lifetime Email Forwarding Settings pagepane, click on the link PST FILE DOWNLOAD.
- In the pop-up window, select Save and save the zip file to your Desktop.
- Double-click on the .zip file to open it.
- Follow the instructions below to open this file in Outlook.
View Your Mailbox Backup Through Outlook

If you have another email account that you want to view through Outlook, you can add that account at this point, or come back later and add it. We do not support other email accounts and cannot provide information on how to set up these accounts. You will need to talk to the other email account's administrators or look in their help files for information on how to set them up through Outlook.
