Guidelines Statement
Employees of the University Development Office are expected to wear appropriate business attire and maintain a professional image at all times.
The University Development Office has adopted "business casual" dress year-round. "Business casual" is defined as a relaxed version of business dress and is not defined as weekend casual. It is the responsibility of each supervisor to ensure that appropriate attire is worn at all times for the unit that he/she manages and that his/her staff's appearance well represents the University Development Office.
Employees representing our office are expected to dress according to the function and the audience. Employees should wear buisness attire when hosting visitors or when attending meetings on campus and with external constituents.
Scope
The guidelines for business casual dress are as follows:

The University Development Office has adopted a casual dress policy on Fridays. Denim jeans are allowed on Fridays, if your business of the day permits. The University Development Office reserves the right to modify the dress code guidelines at any time. Business casual dress is a privilege, not an entitlement.
