The 10-10 system is available free of charge to all CII member organizations. In principle, anyone who has a CII account has access to the system. However, the system also requires users to be assigned to a CII Benchmarking role. There are three Benchmarking roles: Benchmarking Manager, Benchmarking Associate, and Benchmarking Project Manager. If you have attended a CII Benchmarking training, you are automatically assigned a Benchmarking Associate role and should be able to log in to the system. If you have a CII account but are unable to log in to the 10-10 system or if you are not sure whether or not you have a benchmarking role, please contact Frances DeCoux (f.decoux@cii.send an email to UserSupport@cii.utexas.edu) .
