Changing student's assignment grade
To change a student's grade on an assignment: from the assignment you want to change the grade on select "View Results" in the left hand menu.
This will bring you to a page where you can view all student grades for the assignment and the option to override a grade.
Changing student's submission grade
To change a student's grade on a single submission: from the assignment you want to change the grade on select "Answer Key" in the left hand menu.
This will bring you to a page where you will have to select the student whose assignment you want to view/change. Click on the student's name whose points you want to change
Find the question you want to change points on (left) and then enter in the updated points and push change (right).
If points were changed in error, don't worry, just click 'reset corrections' at the top–this will remove any point corrections made. (Note, reset corrections does not wipe out a student's responses, only the point corrections. If you are sure you want to offer the student a clean slate on the assignment, please contact the Quest team at questhelp@austin.utexas.edu –we can wipe the student's submission for an assignment clean).
