Installation & Training
For Installation requests:
your supervisor needs to request install on your behalf by sending an email to meridian@austin.utexas.edu with your:
- Name
- EID
- Department
- Computer name
- Level of access = Power User*
Meridian staff will assign your access and request installation of your software.
- For training requests, send an email to meridian@austin.utexas.edu with the following:
- Your department name
- User level
- Names and EIDs of people to be trained
- Preferred dates and times
*Due to a limited number of user licenses Meridian staff reserve the right to evaluate requests for power user access.

- If the client is having trouble loading documents into Meridian PowerUser, and are not receiving an error message, have them check to make sure they are using the proper VPN.
