Description of the decision to be made

The PBS document is used to for the Authorization for Individual Service (AIS) and can be used for both employees and non-employees.

In Workday, all employee payments must be made from Workday and will, therefore, need to be excluded from the PBS document.  However, there are discussions about changing the AIS process as a part of the business review process, these changes will need to be included as a part of that bigger discussion and will be implemented as a part of that process.

A recommendation will be made after changes for the PBS document have been planned.
