Instructions

  1. Select your the computer lab you would normally use for class

  2. Then press Connect for any available computer in that lab


  • Download and open the connection file
  • Press the 'Connect' button. The download may take several minutes.
  • Log in with your username and password: austin\EID and then EID password
    • You may need to choose 'More choices' and 'Use a different account' to enter your correct username



  • Please Note: You are responsible for saving your work to the cloud to avoid data loss.
    • Students will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity, data not saved may be lost.

  • For issues with your remote desktop, contact LAITS:
  1. Call 512-471-5000
  2. Start a chat session
  3. Email laits-help@utexas.edu
