AVID - How to Transcode Class Media Into Small Proxy Files for Working at Home

Go to the class Media Folder and get the class

media files setup on your hard drive

Make a copy of the generic project and

ReName it as the standard definition proxy

version or whatever makes sense but keep

RENAME in the title remember

you need to have the name match for all 3 files

Project Name the .xml and the .avp files all must

match in name but keep extensions

Open AVID and Open the newly made proxy Class Project
