Save your project and quit Resolve to get the Prefs updated after you quit and re-open |

I may missed some information but a Resolve Project Archive doesn't need a transcode. We would like a copy & trimmed version of the original medias used in the project (see "Media management" section in the project, and please select the following options : TIMELINES - COPY - TRIM KEEPING (24 frames for exemple but please beware of the fades that are in the projects, if any) - RELINK TO NEW FILES). When the project will be ready, please delete all the unused medias from the project media page and do an export of the project as an Archive (right-click on the project name and "export project archive"). It should create a .dra with all the medias needed along with the resolve project. That way, the medias will be in the same colorspace, codec, resolution, framerate, etc as the original onset dailies. Sorry if I have missed something.
