Genome Analysis Tool Kit (GATK) is installed on fourierseq at /opt/GenomeAnalysisTK-1.4-11-g845c0b1/ and the jar files (AnalyzeCovariates.jar and GenomeAnalysisTK.jar) are in fourierseq users' paths.
