Add the following line to your .profile file:
. /corral-repl/utexas/BioITeam/bin/profile_ngs_course.bash
Caution: If Corral is ever down when you try to log in, this line will hang your ssh login. To work-around this problem, on your remote computer do:
ssh username@taccresource.tacc.utexas.edu mv .profile .profile_tmp
This will remotely move your .profile file to .profile_tmp. Then you can log. Just be sure to put your .profile_tmp back to .profile once Corral is back.
