9/3/2014 - We are getting new copiers in September!

We have a new contract with Ricoh that includes a refresh of all our hardware!  On Thursday September 11, the color printers on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors will be changed out.  At this point we are scheduled for a morning delivery, and will be making the changes one at a time so anticipate some downtime for each printer,  though not simultaneously.

If you are working on a PC managed by me the printers and drivers will automatically update when you are connected to the campus network.  If you are working on an Apple that is managed by me, then your printers will be automatically updated when you are connected to the campus network.  Personally owned or non-managed clients will need to refer to the updated installers that will be posted next week on the IT wiki (https://wikis.utexas.edu/x/DYU_B).

Contact it@bme.utexas.edu for copy codes, without a copy code you will be restricted to black and white printing only.

If you are on a computer that is a member of the Austin.utexas.edu domain, these printers and drivers will be automatically installed.

If you are using a Mac or personally owned computer these printers can be accessed by downloading the driver packages and directions from: https://utexas.box.com/s/urjmnmd3ocmm2fcr5xco
