9/12/2014 - We have new RICOH Copiers! Unfortunately the Unix drivers for these copiers have turned out to be extremely SLOW. I'm working on a better solution, but in the interim I recommend that you connect to the printers by making a TCP/IP connection. For PC's there are instructions in the linked document Add a TCPIP network Printer.docx.
Mac users connected via Ethernet will be able to see the copiers in add printers dialogue listed by the last part of their Hostname. If you are on wireless then you'll also need a TCP/IP connection. The IP and Mac addresses for each printer are:

If you are on a computer that is a member of the Austin.utexas.edu domain, these printers and drivers will be automatically installed.

Color copies and printing should be used sparingly as it comes at a cost of 4 cents per page for color print jobs. Billing is on a per job basis so a 200 page color print job with
only 3 color pages is charged as 200 pages.
