Once you've checked in a returned loan, and marked them all accounted for in the database (and filled in the date closed!) you can now run the necessary reports.

From the reports tab, select the NPL Loan Invoice. A query interface will pop up (it's slow, don't worry- that's normal). Set the role to borrower (or Sponsor, if the borrower is a student) and enter the loan number in the correct field.

Hit OK, and the report generator will launch.

Once the report opens up, you'll hit the print icon and print 3 copies. Make sure you've added enough pink paper to the print tray to ensure one copy prints in pink!

Click the print icon, and from the print dialogue select Properties. In the Document Properties window, hit the Finishing tab and select the Print on both sides option. Click OK, and your report will print.

The last step is to save the report to the correct folder in the DocLib/Loan directory. Click the 'Save' icon, and navigate to the DocLib on the Z drive (1). You can use the drop down menu to navigate (A). Once in the DocLib, find the Loan directory (3). If you need to create a new folder in the directory, press the new folder icon (B). Name the file using the following naming convention:

NameLoan_LoanNumber.

To finish the example you see below, the loan would be ShelburneLoan_511. We no longer add loan numbers to the folder.
