Applications>MPEG Streamclip
File > Open DVD. . .

Choose the DVD or choose the VIDEO_TS folder that contains the MPEG to be converted.

Once the MPEG is loaded choose >File>Export to QuickTime

Choose to use the “Apple FCP Uncompressed 10- bit 4:2:2”

Frame Size is dependent on if the Mpeg is widescreen (use 854 x 480) or standard size (720 x 480)
Field Dominance choose “Upper Field First.”

Click “Make Movie” To begin compression.
