Summer/Fall 2018 Advising Forms should be turned in by April 16th! If you are planning to take Summer and Fall classes, you must turn in a separate Advising Form for each semester. Advising & Registration page Students on Internship or Dissertation: if registering for internship or dissertation ONLY, you may do so without an Advising Form.
