- Navigate to the Modify Issue Type Scheme for the EMBSHR: Jira Service Desk.
It can be found by going Project settings → Issue types → Actions → Edit issue types or by following this link.
- Select Add issue type/
- Populate Name and Description, keep Type as Standard Issue Type and select Add.
- New Issue Type is now added to the current scheme.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save
