You can search for a certain thing or browse

When you find the file you want

Click on it and choose to download

Choose > Original for both Audio and Video or
>Original audio only if you just want the audio

Click Grab this clip

Choose where you want to save the file.

You will see the progress of the download

Next we'll open Adobe Media Encoder

Load the files into Media Encoder

For video choose the Format to re-encode for AVID editing class exercise use DNxHR/DnxHD Mxf

Choose DNXHR LB 1080p 29.97

If you only want to export audio no Video > Choose Waveform Audio to encode Audio only

Next click on the blue lettering under "Output File" and choose a name for the export and where to save it.

Then press the green Arrow to start the export

Will look like this.

Will only need the .mxf file.  Open your AVID Project and link to it .  Can either use it as is or transcode it.
