UPDATE: You will no longer need an account on the fourierseq server to download your sequence data. Please use the link sent to you to download your data.
The GSAF server, fourierseq (fourierseq.icmb.utexas.edu) has installations of many NGS tools, reference and annotation files and other useful scripts. Customer data is also placed on this server. So, it is recommended to get a user account on fourierseq.
To do so,
1. Send an email to darasappan@austin.utexas.edu with an account request along with your full name, PI name, department and preferred user name.
Once an account has been created, ssh into the server (Servername: fourierseq.icmb.utexas.edu ), providing your username and password (using terminal if you are a mac user, or putty if you are a windows user).
Immediately change your password. To do so, type in passwd username
