Press Room on to turn the room system and displays on.

Press Room Off when you are completely Finished with the Room

Select the Input on the left you want to display

Select the Display at the top you want the Input to be displayed on

Zoom

Select Zoom

Select displays you would like Zoom to be displayed on

Select Join Zoom Meeting

Call Zoom

Enter meeting ID press #

Select which camera you want

Press Zoom button at the top to send that camera to Zoom

Select which Input you want to share to Zoom

Select Zoom in top right

The Change layout button has 7 options

for you to choose how you want your layout

configured on the display Zoom input has been

Selected for

End the Zoom Call by pressing Hang Up in the bottom right

Once your are completely done with the room Press 

Room Off
