SPSS - Renewal date varies each fiscal year due to contract (from August to November)

SPSS is currently only being used for Assessment. There are currently 2 total licenses. Renewal is due in Oct each year but can be known to vary. It must be purchased via TXShop through ITS, although this is currently in the process of changing.

Tableau

Tableau is offered by Information Quest. The request for the software is done through Jamie Sweeney. She can be contacted by email at jsweeney@austin.utexas.edu or 512-471-6392.

Adobe Licenses

Renewal is due in Nov each year. It must be done through Michael Hill of the Campus Computer Store. An email must be sent to him to obtain a quote and include the VIP number. He can be contacted by email at michaelh@hied.com or 512-232-3838. Once you receive the quote from him, you can put the quote number into a cart in UT Market to process the order.

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC - 15 named licenses

Schlage Software

The Schlage software is used for programming the doors in JES.

PyCharm - Web Dev - Renewal date is August

Must call in and use ProCard - they cannot process Procard payments on their website - started with 4, but reduced to 2. They are located in California, so there is a 2-hour difference. The best time to call them is around 12 or 1.

Filemaker

The version of Filemaker that was used was 15. The databases were located on the server and were hosted by ITS.

Server certificates must be obtained before expiring. An email was sent by the system when it was close to expiring. Renewal requests were sent to cert-requests@its.utexas.edu.
