Purpose

Technology Resources (TRecs) is providing GIS Portal user administration through empowering credential owners to control access to departmental editor logins.  Critical to this change is the designation of credential users who will use the editor login. 

Expectations

Credential users will be responsible for accessing their login credentials through Stache, exercising best data safety policies IAW University expectations, and ensuring the integrity of the data that you have been entrusted to maintain.  

Method

• Each Portal departmental editor account will be tied to an entry in Stache with both a TRecs admin and the credential owner providing collaborative control.  
• A single authorized user will be assigned to a single credential as determined by the credential owner.
