- Open the McCombs Software Portal in the Start Menu or on your Desktop
- Install UT Box Sync
- Open Box Sync
- Sign in using youreid@eid.utexas.edu. You do not need to put the password in. It will ask for it after you click login.
- A new window will open with the usual EID login screen
- Sign in
- Go to http://utexas.box.com
- Select any shared folders you want synced to your desktop and choose "Sync Folder to Computer"
