sff files are the output files from 454 sequencer. It contains flowgram information. This is the Roche software manual covering these tools.
Utilities to manipulate sff files include:
- sffinfo - Produces a info file about reads from an sff file.
- sff2scf - Converts sff file to scf file (chromat format) which can be viewed on consed.
- sfffile - With -t option, trims the sff file. With -s option, splits the sff file by barcode. -i option creates an sff file.
