Step-by-step guide to accessing the MS Visio web-based application. This is applicable to all UT faculty, staff, and students, and works on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. Preferred web browsers for this are Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.


  1. Navigate to https://office365.austin.utexas.edu
  2. Click "Office 365 Portal" and logon with your EID


       3. Click the "grid" app launcher in the top left corner



       4. Click "All apps" to expand the list, then locate and run Visio by clicking on it



Files are saved to MS OneDrive, but a copy of the file can be downloaded to your computer
