Q: I am unable to print in color to Rowdy Ricoh from a PDF or InDesign, etc. This happened after a recent upgrade to my system.

A: Checked it. Adobe products have their own print dialogue box, and so does the RICOH printer. SO, once the Print command is sent, the first dialogue box is the Adobe one, then in the bottom there is usually a button called "Printer...". Once that is clicked, it opens the printer's unique dialogue box. THe settings for the print job needs to be set in that second box, and then the Print button clicked twice on both dialogue boxes before the print job is sent. Tested it on both Acrobat and InDesign and both printed fine.
