Users requiring access to our room reservation system Apppspace https://cloud.appspace.com/ will need to contact the helpdesk via the following email comm-help@austin.utexas.edu and provide the following information
- Full Name
- EID
- Department
- Space locations where you were preauthorized to book. Some spaces and rooms are going to be granted by default based on your department affiliation, others will require contacting the Dean's Office via comm-roomres@austin.utexas.edu to book
