Hub Website edits are managed by oa.web@austin.utexas.edu. Changes must be sent by email to oa.web@austin.utexas.edu and oa.editorial@austin.utexas.edu

 

Handbook of Business Procedures - Part 24 changes must be sent to the Web Update Team (oa.web@austin.utexas.edu, oa.editorial@austin.utexas.edu) and placed in UT Box folder labeled, "HBP - Part 24." All previous edits may be archived in the folder for future reference.

Changes must be approved by the HUB Director.

Best practice: Create a document showing a markup of the proposed changes for the OA Web Team.

Use the Snippet program application and take snippets onto a word document, add text box edits.

Event Calendar Maintenance

To add events to the HUB website calendar, send all finalized events to oa.web@austin.utexas.edu and oa.editorial@austin.utexas.edu. Be sure to include event details such as time frame, event registration page, and other pertinent event details.
